Pine & Black Bistro, a newly opened fine dining eatery in  Papillion, Nebraska serving local, natural food, handcrafted ales, spirits plus Pacific Northwest wines.  Originally from Seattle, we have lived in Papillion for the past 15 years.  Dylan went to Patriot, Liberty and PLV South.  We love the city and wanted to create a unique dining experience for the kindhearted people of Papillion & Sarpy County.  We believe that food is best when it is served "wild and natural", we want our guests to know who is selling us our product, in addition,  a nice dinner pairs well with a little wine.  We enjoy Pinot Noir so much with dinner, we have provided over twenty different winemaker Pinot Noir's on our list.  We even named our newest Bistro "Pine & Black, the literal translation of Pinot Noir. Stop by to enjoy a little bit of west coast seafood, Nebraska's Morgan Ranch beef, Plum Creek chicken, served the way it was intended - Always Wild, Always Natural

Cheers,  Darrell, Laura & Dylan
